This is a great hospital. A lot of money was spent on the facility, however very little was slated to parking. If you have an appointment you better arrive with ample time until 1 of the 20 parking spots is released. Or you could come in an ambulance or a taxi.

We came for a Covid test before flying back to the United States. It was walk up, no appointment necessary from 4:40 - 7:30 pm. When we arrived there was a short wait but we got in and out in about 20 minutes with 4 people. They sent our results in about 2 hours. It was fairly straightforward. We did need passports for them to verify identity. Pictures of passports worked as well. They had plenty of parking.

HORRIFYING!!! The attention of the doctors is one thing, but the management is painful. The last thing is that you cannot make an appointment in person, only by phone and they never pick up. The radiology appointment system does not work, they make the appointment when they want and they don't notify you, then you don't go and you lose it. You have to pick it up at the pathology laboratory, I ask the schedule and they tell me they don't know..... Incredible. I have been quite a user since they opened it in 2010, but today I avoid it whenever I can

They canceled a neurology appointment and told us they would reschedule later in the month. Lie. We had to stay behind week after week. I have about four complaints filed with different institutions. Of course, the insurance has also charged the fee without us having received the service. It is a shame. The hospital management is terrible. I do not recommend it.

We have gone to the emergency room for a medical problem of my partner. We couldn't leave my 6-month-old baby with anyone and when I entered the doctor's office they told me to wait outside because it seemed excessive for me to go in with my baby.
